Tool for tying the grape shoots to the permanent trellising wire with paper-wire or jute-wire. It also works with Prothect tying string.
Inside the plastic cylinder there is an helicoidal steel rod that ends with a hook.
Hold the looped wire with the hook and pull it towards you; the wire will get twisted around itself, then the excess thread is cut with the scissors.
This tool can also make some little small finishing cuts.
